Artificial organoid, glowing with T-cell life

We are creating iPSC-derived T-cell organoids for studying immune responses, cancer therapy potential, and personalised treatments, opening new frontiers in regenerative and precision medicine.

Body area Blood and immune system

Impact

This research aims to create functional blood stem cells from iPSCs, advancing therapies for blood diseases and improving our understanding of human haematopoiesis and regenerative medicine

reNEW research

5 years into developing expertise in hPSC-derived haematopoiesis, I focus on evaluating human blood cell function in vitro and in animal models to advance stem cell-based blood therapies.
